ALLENTOWN, Pa. — United Federal Credit Union has entered into a multi-year partnership with the minor league baseball’s Lehigh Valley IronPigs and the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley that is all about theft.
In this case, under the agreement, which runs from the 2026 season through 2028, United FCU will sponsor the IronPigs’ stolen bases at Coca-Cola Park and donate $20 for every stolen base recorded during the season to benefit the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley, according to the credit union.

The nonprofit provides financial assistance, emotional support and social connection to families navigating pediatric cancer, offering programs designed to ensure no family faces the disease alone.
‘Commitment to Giving Back’
“This partnership brings together the excitement of IronPigs baseball and United’s commitment to giving back in a way that directly benefits families in our community,” Jessica Rodriguez, United’s district manager of Lehigh Valley, said in a statement. “Every stolen base represents hope, support and a tangible contribution to children and families facing pediatric cancer.”
The partnership will culminate each season with an on-field check presentation at Coca-Cola Park during the team’s final homestand, recognizing the total donation generated through the program, the credit union said.
