CUSG Introduces New Name, New Branding

ROYAL OAK, Mich.– CUSG, a subsidiary of the Michigan league, said it is rebranding as Navari to reflect the organization’s “transformation into a more connected, unified platform.”

The company was founded in 1996 as CU Service Group.

“Navari reflects who we have become and how we are showing up to serve leaders today,” Patty Corkery, president and CEO of Navari and the Michigan league, said in a statement. “In a world where complexity is constant, leaders need more than tools. They need clarity, direction, and a partner who helps them move forward with confidence. This evolution brings our platform together, making it easier for organizations to make better decisions and achieve meaningful outcomes.”

According to the organization, Navari is a technology and solutions platform that enables confident decision making and stronger organizational performance through connected software, insights, and services. Its offerings span human resources, experience, marketing technology, and financial solutions, supporting organizations as they work to strengthen performance, deliver exceptional experiences, and drive meaningful results.

Solutions Offered

The organization’s solutions, including Performance Pro, Compease, The Learning Center, MemberXP, BankingXP, and Timix, will continue to operate as part of the Navari platform. Clients will experience continuity in their products, teams, and support, with gradual updates to reflect the new brand across channels and platforms.

The organization said the name Navari is rooted in the “idea of navigation, reflecting the organization’s role in providing guidance, clarity, and direction for leaders. It underscores a commitment to helping organizations adapt to change, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.”

Navari serves more than 2,200 organizations nationwide, including financial institutions, universities, healthcare organizations, and other industries, and will continue to build on its strong foundation of expertise and client partnerships, it said.

The new Navari brand experience, including its website at navari.com, will roll out across digital channels, communications, and product platforms, the organization said.
