NORTH CANTON, Ohio — OC Federal Credit Union has opened a new operations center in North Canton as part of an effort to accommodate its continued growth and expand the infrastructure supporting its members, according to the credit union.
The new facility is not a retail branch and will instead house several operational departments that support the credit union’s day-to-day activities. OC Federal said the additional space is intended to improve collaboration among employees while providing capacity for future growth.
The operations center follows several years of expansion in the credit union’s membership, services and internal operations, the organization said.

‘Significant Growth’
“Over the last several years, the organization has experienced significant growth, creating a demand for additional office space,” President and CEO Todd Turner said in a statement. “This facility will allow us to support that growth as well as future growth opportunities so we can continue to meet the service levels our members are accustomed to.”
According to the credit union, consolidating operational teams in the new facility will allow its branch locations to remain focused on serving members while enhancing the back-office functions that support lending, member service and other operations.
OC Federal said the investment is part of its long-term growth strategy and is intended to position the organization to meet the changing needs of members while maintaining its community-focused approach to service.
