Uncommn Reports it Has Unleashed an Expanded Version of Dollar Dog Kids Club, Cha Ching Fin Ed

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Uncommn is reporting it has expanded its Dollar Dog Kids Club and Cha-Ching youth financial education programs by adding interactive digital games to its roster of offerings, “providing credit unions with new opportunities to engage young members.”

The company said the enhancements were developed in response to requests from credit union partners, and that the new games build on the existing Dollar Dog and Cha-Ching programs by transforming key financial concepts into interactive experiences that encourage financial decision-making.

“The new Dollar Dog games help younger members explore the fundamentals of spending, saving, and giving through guided scenarios and real-life choices,” Uncommn said in a statement. “Participants select a starting amount of money and work alongside Dollar Dog as they navigate everyday financial decisions and experience the outcomes of those choices.”

According to Uncommn, for teens, the new Cha-Ching experience focuses on practical money management skills, helping participants learn how to budget, balance wants and needs, earn and save money, and prepare for unexpected expenses throughout the year. Together, the games provide age-appropriate opportunities for young members to build confidence with money through active participation and problem-solving, the company added.

‘Engaged & Learning’

“These new offerings are about taking programs credit unions already love and expanding them in a way that keeps young members engaged and learning,” Courtney Bravo, senior client success manager, said in a statement. “The activities add another way of engaging youth members digitally while reinforcing the financial lessons that help build confidence and healthy money habits.”

As credit unions continue to look for practical ways to strengthen youth engagement and support financial education efforts, Uncommn said the interactive activities serve as a complement to existing Dollar Dog and Cha-Ching programs and are a valuable addition for credit unions joining the programs. By turning core financial concepts into simple, guided decision-making experiences, the games help make financial education more approachable and easier to reinforce across everyday member touchpoints.
