SEATTLE–The CUSO Member Access Processing (MAP) announced Unitus Community Credit Union President/CEO Steven Stapp will serve as chairman, and Verity Credit Union President/CEO Tonita Webb as vice chairman of its board.
SELCO Community Credit Union President/CEO Bob Newcomb remains as treasurer.

Steven Stapp is a longtime credit union leader and advocate. Stapp received the 2026 Herb Wegner Memorial Award, the credit union movement’s highest national honor, and the 2025 World Council of Credit Unions Distinguished Service Award. Under his leadership, Unitus has expanded initiatives designed to remove barriers to financial services.
Since becoming Verity’s first woman CEO in 2021, Tonita Webb has championed financial inclusion, innovation and community impact, with an emphasis on making a meaningful difference in the lives of members and the communities Verity serves. She was named one of American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions in 2023 and serves on the Board of Directors for Filene Research Institute.

MAP’s Board of Directors is made up of credit union leaders, who are also the owners of the CUSO and are all clients of MAP.
