LAS VEGAS–One Nevada Credit Union has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work for Women, joining a select group of organizations that represent the best workplaces for women nationwide.
One Nevada earned the 4th spot nationally among mid-size companies and the highest ranking of any credit union in its category. The competition provides recognition for organizations that are employers of choice for high-quality female talent—highlighting winners’ leadership in equity, opportunity, and retention.

Best Places to Work for Women is a survey-based competition that recognizes the top companies for women in the workforce across the United States. Eligible companies launched a survey process with Best Companies Group in the last year. Survey data was analyzed and compared across all participants, with a focus on the experiences of women within each company’s workforce. Winners were selected based on this comparative analysis.
