KEOKUK, Iowa–Lee County Credit Union announced that Kelly Fett will retire Oct. 9 after 31 years of service, with Leslie Rose promoted to take over as manager.
The credit union, which has $3.2 million in assets and 534 members, said Fett built longstanding member relationships and helped guide the institution through numerous changes, including absorbing another credit union.

The board credited Fett’s commitment and knowledge with making a lasting contribution to the credit union and its members.
‘Smooth Transition’
Rose has worked at Lee County Credit Union, which does not have a website, for 11 years. Her experience and familiarity with members and credit union procedures will support a smooth leadership transition, the board said.
Kathy Hayner is joining the staff to fill Rose’s previous position, according to the credit union.
