Trax FCU Names New Chief Executive

TAMPA, Fla.–Trax Credit Union has named a new CEO.

The $520-million Trax FCU said it has selected Jessica Stevenson to fill the role following the retirement of  Pete Giorgianni.

 “Her passion and dedication to Trax and our members for over 15 years make her the ideal candidate,” the credit union said in a statement. “She played an integral role in making Trax what it is today, and we are lucky to have a proven and well-respected leader assuming this role.”

During her career at Trax, the CU said Stevenson has overseen key initiatives focused on growth, revenue generation and community engagement While serving as SVP-marketing, community development and strategic initiatives, Stevenson oversaw  the credit union’s successful rebrand from Railroad & Industrial FCU.

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to continue serving our community, and I look forward to helping Trax expand into new markets,” Stevenson said in a statement. “June marks 90 years Trax has served the Tampa Bay area, and it feels like the perfect time to honor the credit union’s legacy while looking forward to the bright future ahead of us.”

Educational Background

According to Trax FCU, Stevenson holds a broad range of industry certifications that reflect her expertise across operations, compliance, investment strategy, and marketing. These include the Certified Chief Executive (CCE), Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), Certified Credit Union Investment Professional (CCUIP), and Credit Union Certified Marketing Executive (CCUE) designations. 

Trax FCU has approximately 45,000 members.
