GREENBELT, MD.–Educational Systems Federal Credit Union has named Amit Nandy as SVP/CIO.
Nancy brings nearly two decades of experience in information technology leadership, including extensive work in credit union and banking environments where he has driven strategic transformation through innovation and collaboration, ESFCU said.
As SVP/CIO, Amit will lead the Credit Union’s technology strategy with a focus on digital transformation, operational efficiency and member experience. His leadership will support the Credit Union’s mission to empower individuals and communities through accessible financial solutions.

Nandy has held senior technology leadership positions at Andrews Federal Credit Union and Apple Federal Credit Union. He began his career in the credit union industry at Apple Federal Credit Union, where he gained experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise project management. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Director of the Enterprise PMO at Sandy Spring Bank and Atlantic Union Bank, where he was responsible for leading large-scale integrations and enhancing the efficiency of technology operations.
