The CU Daily Continues to Set Records, Including More Than 2,500 Pieces of Content Since Launch

SAN JOSE, Calif.–In yet another sign of its extensive growth and resources for readers, the CU Daily has surpassed another threshold (and set an unofficial record in the process): it has published more than 2,500 pieces of content since its launch Feb. 28.

That is considerably more news reporting, features, breaking developments and other content than any other publication serving credit unions, and represents an average of 105.4 pieces of content per week since launch.

And best of all—the CU daily remains free to its readership, with none of the content locked away behind an expensive paywall.

‘Keeping Credit Unions Informed’

“We take the ‘daily’ in our name seriously,” said Cooperator in Chief Frank J. Diekmann. “Our commitment to readers is that we will keep them constantly updated on developments, with fresh content on a daily basis, if not more often. Our objective is to help keep credit union leaders informed and to help them make smart decisions that best serve their members. After all, their success is our success.”

As the CU Daily recently reported, all of that content and resources has attracted a huge audience in a short period of time. The publication has seen more than 120,000 unique visitors to date and is now averaging nearly 20,000 unique visitors to TheCUDaily.com every month, according to Google Analytics, a figure that has grown every month, as well.

Readers can have that content delivered to their inboxes every morning via the CU Daily’s headlines newsletter by signing up here. It is also free.

Even More Resources

Beyond the fresh daily news reporting, the CU Daily offers other significant content resources, including:

  • The Community. The Community features ongoing updates on the types of activities and causes credit unions are supporting in their communities.
  • Opinions. The CU Daily hosts a vibrant and diverse forum for discussion and debate.
  • The HR Department. Updates on promotions and new hires across the industry.
  • The Daily Cast with Walt Laskos. These are longer interviews/videos/podcasts with a wide variety of credit union leaders.
  • The Movement in Minutes. This is a video broadcast of a synopsis of the week’s news, often hosted by guest broadcasters from across Credit Union Land.
  • The Credit Union Store. This is an online, virtual, 3-D “exhibit hall” of credit union suppliers and solutions providers.
  • The Agenda. This is the CU Daily’s calendar of meetings and events.
