SAN FRANCISCO–The CU Daily has partnered with Subverse AI, Voice AI company that works with credit unions on automating routine phone calls, reducing wait times, and freeing up staff for higher value interactions, on a new podcast series around innovation and technology.
The podcast, called VoiceShift, is an interview series hosted by Subverse AI founders Rishi Kumar and Tanmay Lad and features credit union leaders who are driving innovation in member experience, operations, and technology.

“The podcast’s goal is to share actionable insights, real world case studies, and lessons learned from peers, so other credit union leaders can make informed decisions in the fast changing CX landscape,” according to Subverse AI and the CU Daily.
