BATON ROUGE, La.–Luminate has named Nanci Wilson, a 16-year veteran of the credit union movement, has been promoted from VP-member solutions to executive vice president.
Wilson began her career as a teller before moving into leadership positions, including training director, marketing and communication director, and, ultimately, roles at the League level.

Her diverse career path gives her a rare, 360-degree view of credit union operations, member needs, and industry challenges. And now, as EVP, she’s ready to channel that experience into driving Luminate’s mission forward, Luminate said.
“I’m excited to step into my new role as executive vice president at Luminate,” said Wilson in a statement. “I look forward to building on the value of our League, supporting our incredible Luminate rock stars, and helping Louisiana credit unions thrive through every challenge and opportunity ahead.”

In her new role, Wilson will spearhead strategic initiatives and deepen member engagement, all with the goal of helping Louisiana credit unions grow stronger, serve better, and make a bigger impact in their communities.
