DALTON, Ga.–Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union (TVFCU) has officially opened a new state-of-the-art North Georgia headquarters here.
The $2.9-billion credit union is based in Chattanooga, Tenn.

In response to the area’s growth, TVFCU said it has introduced several new interactive teller machines to enhance efficiency while maintaining a personal touch.
“If you’ve got a basic transaction that can be handled pretty easily through our automated teller machines,” President and CEO Todd Fortner told WTVC. “If you ever need to talk to a person, we’ve got a full staff here that can help guide you through whatever issue you may be having with your account.”
Week-Long Event
The new branch and regional headquarters celebrated their grand opening with a week-long event featuring local businesses and artists, underscoring the area’s rich diversity.
The grand opening also marked a partnership between One Degree Dalton and TVFCU, “symbolizing future collaborations dedicated to the growth of Northwest Georgia,” the organizations said.
