BILLINGS, Mont.-Valley Credit Union is has named Benjamin (Ben) Kuss as its new chief marketing officer.
n this role, Kuss will lead all aspects of the credit union’s marketing strategy—including brand development, member communications, product promotion, and community engagement—while leveraging data and innovation to enhance member experience and support Valley’s long-term growth.

Kuss brings more than two decades of progressive leadership experience in the credit union industry, spanning sales, service, lending, and marketing. Most recently, he served as vice president of Sales, Service & Marketing at Sky Federal Credit Union, where he directed marketing strategy, led the consumer lending team, and drove membership and loan growth through innovative initiatives.
Before that, he spent a decade as vice president of Lending & Sales, overseeing consumer and mortgage lending, business development, and branch operations. His career reflects a consistent record of building strong teams, shaping strategy, and advancing growth.
Kuss holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Portland State University.
