CONCORD, N.H.–A man who has previously done time for bank robbery has pleaded guilty in federal court to the February 2025 robbery of a Manchester credit union.
Jesse Hippolite, 37, of New York, pleaded guilty to one count of bank robbery. U.S. District Judge Paul J. Barbadoro scheduled sentencing for August 4.

According to the charging documents, Hippolite was previously convicted of several counts of bank robbery in federal court in the Eastern District of New York. After his release from federal prison, he was placed on supervised release and moved to New Hampshire. On Feb. 4, he robbed a branch of Granite State Credit Union in Manchester. He was wearing a gray beanie cap, scarf, sunglasses, and gloves to conceal his identity, according to police, and passed a note to three tellers reading:
“$100,000
ALL $100 Bills
*No Dye Packs
Give Back Note”

Hippolite stole $3,139 from the credit union, prosecutors said. A few minutes after leaving Granite State, Hippolite took off the scarf that covered his face and was caught on surveillance footage, police said.
The charging statute provides a sentence of no greater than 20 years in prison, up to three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $250,000 or twice the gross gain, whichever is greater.
