WARNER ROBINS, Ga.– Robins Financial Credit Union has named Alise Gumm as Member Engagement Manager. 

With nearly a decade of dedicated service at the credit union, and a strong background in both leadership and financial services, Gumm is well-positioned to help enhance the member experience and organizational growth. 

“I am beyond excited for Alise to join the Member Engagement team at Robins Financial Credit Union,” said Steve Kipper, Vice President of Member Engagement. “With her extensive background in both banking and leadership, in addition to her successful track record as a branch manager, she will offer fresh insight and strategic vision that will be instrumental in furthering our mission to be Member Focused, Financial Partners, Community Proud.” 

In her new role, Gumm’s top priorities will include enhancing internal collaboration, evaluating products and services to better support members, and fostering an inclusive environment where team feedback and innovation are celebrated.  

“I want to ensure we’re evolving to meet the needs of our members and empowering our teams to contribute to that success,” Gumm said.  

Before joining the credit union, Gumm served as a manager at Publix and brought her passion for service to Robins Financial in 2015. Since then, she has advanced through the organization, beginning as a Member Service Representative and most recently serving as the Branch Manager of the Russell Parkway location.
