MADISON, Wis. — Fintech firms showcasing artificial intelligence, embedded finance and financial wellness tools for credit unions took center stage during IgniteFI’s latest Firecracker Fintech Showcase, a virtual event designed to connect credit union executives with emerging technology providers.
According to IgniteFI, the event featured live demonstrations from five fintech companies offering solutions aimed at helping credit unions improve member engagement, increase operational efficiency and identify new growth opportunities.

The showcase followed a fast-paced format in which each fintech was given seven minutes to demonstrate its platform, followed by a live question-and-answer session with attendees.
The Best of Show Winner
IgniteFI said attendees selected Movemint as the event’s “Best of Show” winner. The company’s embedded finance platform is designed to help credit unions generate loans, deposits and non-interest income by integrating financial services into members’ everyday activities.
“Credit unions are looking for smarter ways to grow deposits, increase lending opportunities, and stay connected to member activity,” Julie Esser, founder and CEO of IgniteFI, said in a statement. “Movemint stood out because they make embedded finance actionable for credit unions in a way that feels practical, scalable, and aligned with how credit unions want to engage members and grow relationships today.”
