Consumers CU Cuts Two Ribbons in One Day

KALAMAZOO, Mich.–Consumers Credit Union has marked two exciting milestones in the Muskegon area with ribbon-cutting celebrations on the same day.

The credit union officially opened its new Roosevelt Park office, located at 3145 Henry Street, and unveiled a new TellerPlus+ interactive teller station at the Muskegon Farmers Market.

The Roosevelt Park ribbon-cutting welcomed community members and representatives from the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce. This location offers a full suite of Consumers’ services, including free coffee and Wi-Fi, complimentary document shredding bins and TellerPlus+ drive-thru and lobby stations.

“This new office is all about making everyday banking easier and more accessible for our members,” said Steve Glasscock, office manager for the Muskegon area. “We’ve created a space that reflects our commitment to convenience, comfort and community.”

In addition to the office opening, Consumers also celebrated the launch of a new TellerPlus+ station at the Muskegon Farmers Market, expanding access to live, local banking support in a high-traffic community space.
