Educators CU Distributes $5.3 Million in Member Loyalty Payout

RACINE, Wis.–Educators Credit Union is reporting it deposited $5.3 million into members accounts as part of its record Member Loyalty payout in 2025.

“Member Loyalty is Educators’ way of showing appreciation to members for their loyalty and commitment to the credit union,” the $3.6-billion ECU said.

Throughout 2025, the credit union explained that members built their reward each month based on the products and services they used, including use of online and mobile banking services,

“We are honored that our members choose us to be their credit union,” President and CEO Linda Hoover said in a statement. “Everything we do is focused on the financial success of our members, and this loyalty giveback is one way to thank them for placing their trust in us.”

‘Essential Measurement’

Educators Credit Union said Member Loyalty is an essential measurement of the investment it makes in both members and the community, explaining that when members consistently use their accounts, Educators can provide the lower rates and higher dividends associated with credit unions. Educators also uses the profits to benefit local non-profits, free events and financial literacy for all ages.

“Returning over $5.3 million to our members is one of the most meaningful things we do,” added Hoover. “Our members are the reason we exist, and this giveback reflects their loyalty, trust, and commitment to using the products and services that keep our cooperative strong.”

Rewards Can be Tracked

ECU said members were also able to track their reward amount, discover how their reward was developed, and learn how to earn an even bigger reward before the annual payout on December 1 using the Member Loyalty widget in Online and Mobile Banking.
