First Tech Wins 2025 USA Today Top Workplaces Award

SAN JOSE, Calif. and HILLSBORO, Ore. —First Tech Credit Union has been honored with the 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award.

The credit union called the recognition a “testament to the credit union’s commitment to fostering a workplace environment that values the diverse talents of every employee and encourages engagement.”

The winners are determined by authentic employee feedback captured through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. The results are calculated based on employee responses to statements about workplace experience themes, which are proven indicators of high performance.

“We’re deeply honored to receive the USA TODAY Top Workplaces award,” Monique Little, Chief People and Administrative Officer at First Tech, said in a statement. “We believe engaged employees drive exceptional member experiences. This recognition is evidence of our continued dedication to creating a culture of belonging where we prioritize employees’ personal and professional successes. We’re proud to be a workplace with such talented and genuinely wonderful team members.”

Since its inception more than 70 years ago, First Tech said it has stood out for its unique approach of valuing the diverse talents of its employees.
