Susan Dombrigues Honored for 30 Years of Service at EFCU

FT. WALTON BEACH, Fla.–Eglin Federal Credit Union has congratulated Mortgage Services Quality Control/Underwriting Supervisor Susan Dombrigues for 30 years of service. 

“Over the past three decades, Susan has been a dedicated member of our credit union team. Her strong work ethic and steadfast loyalty have significantly enriched our department,” Mortgage Services Manager Mark Franks said in a statement. “We deeply appreciate the commitment she has demonstrated throughout her years with us, and we look forward to many more years together.”  

Dombrigues joined the credit union in 1995 as Loan Information Assistant at its Hurlburt Field Branch, then was promoted to Loan Counselor later that year. In 1999, she transitioned from Branch Operations to Mortgage Services as a Real Estate Loan Processor. Over the next decade, Dombrigues received several promotions in the Mortgage Service department, including Lending Supervisor, Processing Supervisor and Administrative Supervisor. In 2020, she was promoted to her current role as Quality Control/Underwriting Supervisor. 

 “I never imagined I would spend 30 years with one employer, but the time has passed so quickly,” Dombrigues  said. “I am thankful for the positions I’ve held at Eglin FCU, and I couldn’t imagine my career anywhere else. EFCU has really been a family to me over the years, and now I’m fortunate to have my son, Ryan, working here, also. I’ve learned so much over my time here, and I look forward to the years to come.”
