United FCU Names 2 People to New Posts

ST. JOSEPH, Mich.–United Federal Credit Union (United) has hired Amanda Anderson as Director of Commercial Treasury and Merchant Solutions, and Paul Campisi as Director of Commercial Credit Delivery. 

“We are thrilled to have Amanda and Paul’s expertise added to the team,” Chief Commercial Officer Renee Johnson said in a statement. “With her extensive experience in treasury management and payment solutions, Amanda will play a key role in strengthening our capabilities and delivering innovative financial services. Paul has a long history of experience in credit delivery, process improvement and innovation and will help us enhance the overall process experience for our business members. We look forward to the valuable contributions both will bring to United.”

Anderson is stepping into the newly created Director of Commercial Treasury and Merchant Solutions position. She brings more than 15 years of financial industry experience in business banking and treasury management to her new role.

In her director role, Anderson will be responsible for the direct and indirect management of treasury and merchant sales and partnerships. She will lead and oversee United’s treasury team, products and services, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, internal controls, analyze market trends, ensure compliance and regulations, product assessment and profitability models, all while driving growth across various ancillary products nationally.

Most recently, Anderson was the Treasury Management Advisor II, VP at Huntington Bank in Detroit. During her time with Huntington, she was ranked four years in a row as a Top 10 Treasury Management Advisor.

She received her MBA in Leadership and Management and her BBA in Finance from Baker College. She has also completed a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology degree from Baker College.

20 Years Experience

Paul Campisi

Paul Campisi is moving into the newly created Director of Commercial Credit Delivery role. He has more than 20 years of financial industry experience specializing in commercial lending and business banking.

In his role, Campisi will be responsible for building and maintaining credit quality within the commercial loan portfolio consistent with organizational strategic and financial objectives. He will manage the commercial lending credit function, inclusive of both managerial responsibilities for all Credit Analysts and direct underwriting work on commercial loan requests.

Prior to coming to United, Campisi was Vice President – Team Leader of Small Business and Commercial Lending at Spencer Savings Bank in New Jersey.

Campisi has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from Queens College of the City University of New York, and a Master of Science in Management and Professional Studies from School of Professional Studies of the City University of New York.
