ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA is inviting credit unions and any other stakeholders to provide suggestions and feedback on its operations and initiatives to aid in developing the NCUA’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.
NCUA said it uses the plan to guide its operational and budgetary priorities.

“As we reimagine the NCUA, I invite the public to review the NCUA’s 2022–2026 Strategic Plan and encourage you to provide your feedback and ideas,” Chairman Kyle Hauptman said in a statement. “Tell us what’s overly burdensome, what could be done better or quicker, and what do you think NCUA is doing that is not creating value.”
Hauptman made similar comments during the NCUA board meeting at which efficiencies were also discussed related to its workforce reductions. The CU Daily has coverage here.
