ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – Lake Area Mortgage, a division of Royal Credit Union, said that four team members have been recognized as Top Producing Loan Officers by Minnesota Housing for their homeownership program loan production in 2025.
Michelle Robinson, Derek Lodermeier, Marco Rodiles, and Stephanie Oyen were among the 100 loan officers across the state recognized for their dedication to helping homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership through the Minnesota Housing program.
The Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer Program recognizes loan officers who demonstrate excellence by originating a high volume of Minnesota Housing first-time homebuyer loans. Since its inception in 2010, the program has celebrated those who go above and beyond in supporting affordable homeownership opportunities for Minnesotans.
“Minnesota Housing has tremendous resources for homebuyers and homeowners, but it’s our lenders who put them in the hands of Minnesotans. We’re grateful to Michelle, Derek, Marco, and Stephanie for their partnership” said Minnesota Housing Commissioner Jennifer Leimaile Ho.
