COLCHESTER, VT.–Nine credit union professionals from across Vermont have graduated from the Association of Vermont Credit Unions’ (AVCU) 2026 Emerging Leaders Program, completing a three-day professional development experience focused on building skills, connections, and confidence for the next stage of their careers.
The program is designed to help credit unions develop employees from within by giving rising professionals access to practical learning, peer connections, and experienced industry leaders.
“Investing in emerging professionals strengthens not only our credit unions, but Vermont’s workforce as a whole,” said WiL Mobus, AVCU’s Director of Marketing & Member Relations. “Programs like this give employers another way to develop talent, retain strong employees, and prepare people to take on greater responsibility within their organizations.”
