KENOSHA, Wis. – Southern Lakes Credit Union has announced two new additions.
Kristy O’Brien Geary joins as vice president of operations, and Troy Perlberg returns as vice president of lending. These moves signal bold investment in strengthening financial access and support for communities across southern Wisconsin.
O’Brien Geary brings decades of industry insight to the credit union. Most recently, she served as a credit union examiner for the State of Wisconsin. Prior to that, she spent more than 30 years at Johnson Financial Group, a full-service financial institution with locations throughout Wisconsin.

Perlberg is no stranger to the Southern Lakes family. After a successful 16-year tenure as chief operating officer and chief lending/marketing officer at Southern Lakes, he spent the past eight years as vice president of operations for Financial Institutions Lending Options. Now, he returns with renewed focus to lead lending operations with strategic depth and community focus.
