Franklin Madison Names Andrea Heger to Lead the Organization

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.– Franklin Madison has appointed Andrea Heger as the company’s new president and CEO.

Franklin Madison said Heger has been a “pivotal leader” at Franklin Madison for more than 11 years, “playing a key role in the company’s growth and transformation. Her leadership has driven innovation, strengthened the company’s market presence, and delivered strong financial performance.”

“Andrea brings exceptional vision and a proven track record of driving growth. The Board is confident that her dynamic leadership will support Franklin Madison’s ongoing evolution,” Chair Rick Bennet said in a statement.

With over a decade of prior leadership roles at Wells Fargo in marketing, strategy, cross-credit promotions and insurance revenue growth, Heger blends deep industry expertise with a passion for empowering clients and customers, according to Franklin Madison.

Heger succeeds Robert Dudacek, who has served as president and CEO since 2018 and has been with Franklin Madison for over 12 years. Dudacek will work closely with Heger to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition, the company added
