Achieva CU Names Richard Martin as AVP-Cash Management

DUNEDIN, Fla.–Achieva Credit Union has named Richard Martin Assistant Vice President of Cash Management, where he will lead the continued growth and development of cash management services for the credit union’s business members.

Martin brings more than 20 years of banking experience to the role, with expertise in cash management, commercial banking, client relationship management, and cash management solutions. He began his career with JP Morgan Chase, where he spent 17 years serving in retail banking, product management, and cash management leadership roles before joining Encore Bank.

“Richard’s extensive experience helping businesses streamline financial operations and manage risk makes him an outstanding addition to our commercial banking team,” said Nicole Tompkins, Chief Deposit Officer at Achieva Credit Union. “His relationship-first approach and deep cash management expertise will help us continue expanding the services and solutions we provide to our business members.”

In his new role, Martin will focus on growing Achieva’s cash management offerings, helping business members improve operational efficiency, strengthen fraud prevention efforts, and better manage their day-to-day financial operations. He will also work closely with internal teams to align cash solutions with the credit union’s broader commercial lending and deposit strategies.
