BROWNSTOWN, Mich.–Advantage One Credit Union has promoted Jessica Sawyer from vice president of member experience to chief operating officer (COO). Throughout her nearly 17 years at Advantage One, Jessica has consistently showcased outstanding leadership, a results-oriented mindset, and a strong dedication to delivering outstanding service to members, the credit union said. 

As COO, Sawyer will be responsible for departments including branch operations and  contact center and will continue to oversee member experience priorities. 

Added CEO Chris Corkery in a statement, “Jessica has played a crucial  role in advancing key initiatives and enhancing member service, while also taking on  significant responsibilities in recent years. Her insights, enthusiasm, and commitment  have greatly influenced our operations and growth. Sawyer resides in Monroe County with her husband and two children.
