NAPERVILLE, Ill.– At its Annual Meeting, which was held in conjunction with its 12th annual Credit Union Leadership Symposium, Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union announced the election of three board members.
Carlos Pacheco, CEO of Meritrust Credit Union in Colorado, and Dan Stoltz, president and CEO of Blaze Credit Union in Minnesota, will once again serve Alloya’s members on Alloya’s board. Joining them is April Clobes, president and CEO of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union , who most recently served on Alloya’s Supervisory Committee.

Other returning board members include:
- Curt Cecala, president and CEO of TCT Federal Credit Union in New York
- Shane London, president and CEO of Deseret First Credit Union in Utah
- Leanne McGuinness, CFO of The Summit Federal Credit Union in New York
- Rina Pantano, president and CEO of XCEL Federal Credit Union in New Jersey
- Amy Sink, CEO of of Interra Credit Union in Indiana
- David Suvall, retired president and CEO of Rhode Island Credit Union in Rhode Island
Table Officers Elected
Elected as table officers were:
- Chair: Dan Stoltz
- Vice Chair: Carlos Pacheco
- Treasurer: Curt Cecala
- Secretary Shane London
The following individuals were appointed as Directors Emeritus: Floyd Rummel, III, retired CEO of Northern Hills Federal Credit Union in South Dakota, and Peter Gates, retired president and CEO cer of Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union.
‘Incredibly Grateful’

Supervisory Commitee Members
Alloya reported it also appointed its Supervisory Committee for 2026-2027, including:
- Dan Patterson, SVP-finance at Cobalt Credit Union in Nebraska as chair
- Jennifer Borowy, president and CEO of Michigan First Credit Union
- Peter Fauth, president and CEO Financial Plus Credit Union in Illinois
- Ryan Goehner, CEO of Dakotaland Federal Credit Union in South Dakota
- Alex Lutke, CEO of Forest Area Federal Credit Union in Michigan
Aaron Veech, CFO at Liberty Federal Credit Union in Indiana was appointed to the ALCO. John Fiore, retired president and CEO of Motorola Employees Credit Union, now known as Consumers Credit Union in Illinois); Peter Gates, and Carlos Pacheco were appointed to the Nominating Committee. David Seibert, strategy, risk and assurance partner at Rochdale, was appointed to the Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
