BIRMINGHAM, Ala.— AmFirst has earned national recognition for marketing excellence, receiving one Silver Award and two Bronze Awards from the Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC).
AmFirst earned Silver in the Non-Commercial Video category for Fraud Uncovered – A Real Member’s Story, which shared a member’s firsthand experience with fraud and highlighted the importance of fraud awareness and prevention.

The credit union also received Bronze in the Community Engagement category for the 2026 AmFirst Charity Sporting Clays Competition and Bronze in the Sponsorship and Partnership Marketing category for its partnership with Jacksonville State University.
“These awards are a reflection of the creativity and thoughtfulness our team puts into telling the AmFirst story,” said Daniel Holmes, AmFirst’s director of marketing. “Whether we are supporting communities or creating new partnerships, our goal is to impact the members we serve.”
AmFirst received all three awards in the division for credit unions with more than $2 billion in assets, placing the credit union among the top-performing institutions nationwide in marketing and communications. Credit unions from across the country submitted 548 entries for the 2026 MAC Awards competition.
The awards were presented during the 2026 MAC Conference 17 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The honors mark AmFirst’s first recognition in the MAC Awards competition and add to a year of national recognition for the credit union’s marketing efforts. In March, AmFirst received six Diamond Awards from America’s Credit Unions for excellence in credit union marketing.
