ATM Solutions, which said it provided servicing to “thousands” of ATMs across 12 states has “ceased providing services immediately,” according to an auto-reply statement provided following a CU Daily inquiry.

The CU Daily has confirmed with multiple sources that the company’s shutdown has led to outages for some credit union’s ATMs and ITMs. However, a phone call by the CU Daily to the phone number listed on the company’s website was answered, with the person who answered indicating there were no issues and referring a reporter to an email address.
The number of credit unions and ATMs affected could not be confirmed.
