Bessemer Systems FCU Makes Switch to New Name, Branding

GREENVILLE, Penn.–Bessemer Systems FCU has made the switch to a new name–in this case, Switch FCU.

The $47.-2million credit union, which was founded in 1943, said, “Although we began as a credit union exclusively for employees and family members of the Bessemer & Lake Erie Railroad, over the years we expanded to include other employer groups such as Greenville Steel Car, Hodge Foundry, and Greenville Hospital. In 2005, we expanded our charter to the entire Mercer County Community.”

The 3,000-member CU said membership is open to anyone who lives, works, does business or attends school in Mercer County, Penn., and that all are “encouraged to “SWITCH” to Switch Federal Credit Union.”
