LISBON, Ohio – The $6-million Columbiana County Schools Employees Credit Union said it has completed its merger into the $222-million Associated School Employees Credit Union in Youngstown, Ohio.
CCSECU said the combination will provide its members access to new products, including online and mobile banking, checking accounts and debit cards, a news release states.
As part of the merger, ASECU will now operate a location at 330-B N. Market St. in Lisbon, where it will also host a grand opening celebration with food and giveaways planned, as well as a loan special.
ASECU was chartered in 1959 and serves Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. The combined credit union will serve more than 16,000 members.
