CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa–Corda Credit Union said it has secured naming rights for a new sports complex that will break ground in North Liberty, Iowa in the Fall.
The Corda Sports Center, a $14 million, 50,000-square-foot facility proposed for the east side of North Liberty at the Liberty Commons development, will include a 24-hour fitness center operated by Elite Fitness and a physical therapy clinic led by Ability Physical Therapy, according to the organizations.

The credit union’s 10-year exclusive naming rights agreement is with Murray Elite, the athletic organization behind the project.

Paula O’Rourke, president and CEO of the $683-million Corda Credit Union, said in a statement the project aligns with the credit union’s values on well-being, which emphasize physical, mental and financial qualities.
“This partnership with Murray Elite lets us support our community in a way that goes beyond financial services,” O’Rourke stated. “We’re proud to be part of a space that encourages growth, wellness, and connection – values that are at the heart of who we are.”
In addition to offering a fitness center and physical therapy clinic, the building will host basketball tournaments, recruiting events, basketball training programs, leadership development workshops, personal coaching sessions and seasonal basketball camps.The project will break ground in September 2025 and wrap up by December 2026, the organization said in a statement.
