MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Corporate Central is pleased to announce the promotion of Chelsea Menge, CCUFC, to the newly created position of Growth & Development Manager. In this expanded role, Menge will continue building relationships with member credit unions while helping strengthen the Business Development team’s processes, technology, and overall effectiveness.

As Growth & Development Manager, Menge will continue representing Corporate Central through member meetings and industry events while taking on an expanded role in strengthening the Business Development team. Her responsibilities will include developing tools, resources, and best practices to create a more consistent member onboarding experience, improve CRM utilization and data quality, and bring valuable member feedback to leadership. She will also champion the practical use of AI and other technologies to improve team efficiency and support more meaningful member engagement.
“Since joining Corporate Central, Chelsea has done a remarkable job of building strong relationships with our members while consistently looking for ways to improve how we work,” said Chris Geisler, Director Business Development. “This newly created role recognizes the important contributions she makes to our organization and our continued growth. Her member-first approach, combined with her enthusiasm for technology and innovation, will help strengthen our entire team’s ability to serve our members.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with Corporate Central and take on new challenges,” said Menge. “Building relationships with our members has always been the most rewarding part of my job, and I am excited to help our team work more efficiently, embrace new technology, and find even more ways to help our members be wildly successful.”
Menge has nearly two decades of credit union experience, having started her career in 2007. Her background includes roles as Teller, Loan Officer, Interim Branch Manager, Training Specialist, Vice President of Retail Operations, and Director of Branch Operations.
