ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – The CrossState Credit Union Association has kicked off its “Connect 2026” event here at Harrah’s Resort & Casino for credit unions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Now in its seventh year, the organizations said Connect continues to draw professionals and key decision makers from credit unions across the region to “join powerful conversations and build meaningful connections.”
“At Connect, our focus is bringing together the people of the credit union movement so they can learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and return to their credit unions energized for the work ahead,” President and CEO Patrick Conway said in a statement. “It is also one of the highlights of the year for our CrossState team to come together with members and celebrate the strength of this movement.”

The Keynoters
Keynoting this year’s event are:
- Dr. Michelle Rozen: Renowned behavioral scientist and bestselling author, revealing why only 6% of people consistently complete their goals and how anyone can learn to follow through with confidence.
- Rashaun Williams: Venture capitalist, entrepreneur, and guest Shark on Shark-Tank, sharing his five key concepts for becoming financially smarter and self-empowered.
- Jeremey Poincenot: World Blind Golf Champion, delivering a finale on the power of interdependence and the value of suspending judgment while focusing on the good.
Additional Highlights
According to the association, other highlights of the meeting will include:
- The CrossState Awards Night, featuring the Lifetime Achievement Awards and the CU Ambassador Contest.
- The Leaders in Financial Literacy Luncheon, recognizing outstanding credit union-led education initiatives.
- Five learning tracks for Strategy & Leadership, Advocacy & Foundation, Compliance & Fraud, Membership & Marketing, and Operations & Technology.
- Multiple networking opportunities designed to foster connections across the credit union system.
