Alkami, Arkatechture Integrate Data Analytics Platforms
PLANO, Texas — Alkami Technology and Arkatechture have partnered to integrate their platforms in an effort to give banks and credit unions more actionable transaction data, the companies said.
Under the integration, Arkatechture’s Arkalytics platform sends transaction data to Alkami’s Data & Marketing Solution, where it is cleansed, categorized and enriched using a database of more than 65,000 merchants.

The information is then returned to Arkalytics, allowing financial institutions to combine transaction intelligence with demographic, product, balance and other data.
The companies said the integration can support:
- Audience segmentation.
- Reporting.
- Product strategy.
- Technology investment decisions.
- Growth planning.
Alkami said its research found “Data-First” financial institutions reported up to five times higher year-over-year average annual revenue growth than less digitally mature institutions.
The companies said the integration is designed to reduce manual work and improve data quality and governance.

TROY, Mich. — IAA Credit Union has selected Mahalo Banking as its new digital banking provider as the credit union seeks to modernize services for members in all 50 states, according to Mahalo.

Planned capabilities include:
- Online account opening.
- Self-service certificate renewals.

- Expanded account-management tools.
“As a credit union serving members across the country, we aim to deliver a seamless digital experience that meets them wherever they are,” said Emily McLeod, IAA’s chief experience officer.
