DAYTON, Ohio — Day Air Credit Union has purchased a 60,000-square-foot property at Austin Landing that will become its new headquarters as the credit union continues expanding across the Miami Valley, according to Dayton247now.
The credit union finalized an agreement to purchase the property at 10000 Innovation Drive following a multi-year search for a new headquarters, Dayton247now reported.
Day Air considered both constructing a new facility and purchasing an existing property before selecting the Austin Landing location.

The credit union said the new headquarters will provide additional space and infrastructure to accommodate its growing workforce and membership.
“This new headquarters will allow us to continue meeting the needs of our growing team and our growing membership,” Day Air President John Theobald said in a statement. “As Day Air continues to expand throughout the Miami Valley, this facility gives us the space and infrastructure we need to support our associates and serve our members well into the future.”
Current Headquarters to Remain Open
The Austin Landing property also provides convenient access to Interstate 75 and communities throughout the Dayton region.
Day Air’s existing headquarters at 3501 Wilmington Pike in Kettering will remain open after the headquarters relocation and operate as a full-service financial center, according to Dayton247now.
The headquarters purchase is part of a broader expansion by the credit union in southwestern Ohio.
Day Air is also constructing new financial centers in Troy and Beavercreek.
The credit union has not announced a specific move-in date but expects to relocate its headquarters to Austin Landing in summer 2027.
