Dupaco CU Selects Strum Platform’s CDP Platform

DUBUQUE, Iowa- Dupaco Credit Union has selected Strum Platform as its Customer Data Platform (CDP), according to the company.

Seattle-based Strum Platform said the solution “optimizes first-party behavioral and transactional data, combined with enhanced lifestyle insights and ML-predictive triggers, integrated with marketing automation to personalize onboarding and cross-selling journeys that increase results.” 

“After a thorough tech stack review to optimize our data analytics capabilities, we selected Strum Platform for their deep financial insights that help us activate our data to improve relationship-building, and execute our marketing and organizational growth strategies,” Dupaco Credit Union CMO David Klavitter said in a statement in a blog post by Strum Platform. “I’m so excited about equipping our talented team leaders with actionable insights and automation to execute Dupaco’s short- and long-term product and digital growth goals, and to improve our members’ financial well-being.” 

‘Deep Insights’

Added Strum Platform CEO Mark Weber in a statement in the same blog post, “We’re providing our clients deep insights into their members lives with automation and AI to build smarter, simpler journeys that fuel engagement and boost growth.
