WORCESTER, Mass. –Webster First has promoted Erin Jansky to chief human resources Officer. Since joining the team in October of last year, Jansky has been instrumental in driving key initiatives that support the company’s growth and enhance its internal culture, the credit union said.

“Working closely with senior leadership, Jansky has helped foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement,” WFCU said in a statement. “In her previous role, she successfully led her team in revitalizing employee benefits and services. A major achievement under her leadership was the implementation of a new HR administrative system designed to streamline and improve reporting efficiencies across the organization. Her commitment to elevating the employee experience has already made a significant impact.”

Jansky brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Before joining Webster First, she served as the Chief Employee Experience Officer at the Worcester Housing Authority for eight years. Her background also includes nine years as a Senior Compliance Specialist and Paralegal. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and actively serves on several local boards throughout Worcester County.
