YORK, Penn.–First Capital Credit Union is reporting its management team has included a breakfast tour with a final stop at its South York, Penn. branch.
According to the credit union, the Senior Manager Breakfast Tour is a special initiative where the executive leadership team visit each branch to personally cook and serve breakfast to our dedicated employees.
“This tour is more than just a meal; it’s an opportunity for senior leadership to connect with team members, express appreciation, and foster a strong, collaborative culture across all First Capital locations,” the credit union said. “By stepping behind the serving table, our senior managers are reinforcing our commitment to open communication and employee engagement.”

3-Month Effort
The Senior Manager Breakfast Tour took place from January through March, with stops at each branch to start the workday on a positive note. Employees at each stop were also encouraged to wear slippers for a special slipper contest in which Senior Managers voted for their favorite pair and awarded a gift card to the winner, First Capital added.
“At First Capital, we recognize that our employees are the heart of our success,” President/CEO Sue DeStephano said in a statement. “This tour is one way we show our appreciation and ensure that every team member knows they are valued and heard.”
