SPARKS, Md.– First Financial Federal Credit Union recognized Delmarva-area school system representatives and their respective Teachers of the Year at the Delmarva Shorebirds Teacher Appreciation Night held at FranklinP. Perdue Stadium.
The credit union presented a $500 donation to each school system and awarded gift baskets to the honored educators. This marks the fourth consecutive year First Financial has proudly sponsored the event.
In support of local education, First Financial donated to each local school system, including: Accomack, VA; Caroline, MD; Delmar, DE; Dorchester, MD; Queen Anne’s, MD; Somerset, MD; Talbot, MD; Wicomico, MD; and Worcester, MD for a combined total of $4,500. As a credit union founded by educators, First Financial understands the importance of local education and is deeply committed to supporting local schools as they prepare our students for future success.
