ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA has issued a consent-based prohibition order against a former credit union employee.

Issued the order was Shwe Siedschlag, who previously worked for Affinity Plus FCU in Saint Paul, Minn., who agreed and consented to the issuance of a prohibition order and agreed to comply with all its terms to settle and resolve the NCUA Board’s claims against her.
According to the order, Siedschlag worked as a teller at APFCU from June 2024 to February 2025 and engaged in conduct that led to $7,000 in losses to the credit union.
