SANTA FE, N.M.–Guadalupe Credit Union (GCU) has once again been recognized as a recipient of the 2025 Best of the Best award, an esteemed accolade presented by MemberXP, the customer experience program offered through CU Solutions Group. 

Each year, MemberXP evaluates millions of data points collected from surveys submitted by credit union members across the country, GCU said in a statement. It added that the award process identifies the top 25% of performers based on Net Promoter Score (NPS®) and Member Effort Score (MES), two key metrics that measure member satisfaction and ease of service.
