ENOLA, Penn.–Members 1st Federal Credit Union has named Jeff Balestrini as chief consumer lending officer. Balestrini will oversee the credit union’s consumer lending operations—including mortgage, indirect, home equity, card portfolio and lending fintech solutions—while leading a team dedicated to delivering innovative lending solutions and exceptional member service.

Balestrini is a seasoned financial services leader with over 20 years of experience in lending, business development and strategic leadership. He most recently served as chief lending officer at Service 1st Federal Credit Union, where he played a pivotal role in shaping lending strategy, driving organizational growth and enhancing digital lending platforms. His expertise in asset liability management and financial operations, combined with his strong leadership and problem-solving skills, makes him a valuable addition to the Members 1st family, the credit union said.
