BROOKFIELD, Wis.–Landmark Credit Union said it plans to acquire Appleton, Wis.-based American National Bank-Fox Cities, which will allow it to expand its footprint north into Green Bay.
The $7.48-billion Landmark CU said it has reached an agreement to acquire the bank, which has $419 million in assets and $328 million in deposits. The bank was founded in 1993.

The deal is expected to close later this year. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
According to the 405,000-member Landmark CU, the acquisition will give it a full-service branch in Appleton in addition to the bank’s current loan production office, which opened in 2025.
