OSWEGO, Wis. –  Compass Federal Credit Union has promoted Margie Sincavage to Branch Manager of the credit union’s main office in Oswego.

Sincavage joined Compass in 2013 as a part-time member service representative, before moving to full-time in 2019.  By 2020, Sincavage was named the credit union’s head teller, overseeing and managing all member service representatives at the George St. branch.

In 2022, Sincavage moved to card specialist, where she assisted members with debit and credit card fraud inquiries, while providing members with all pertinent information regarding their credit and debit cards.

With more than 12 years of service to the credit union, in various capacities, Sincavage is set to help guide and manage the credit union’s George St. office.

“I am pleased to have the opportunity to step into my new role with the credit union,” said Sincavage.  “We have a great team at Compass that is eager to continue to help provide our growing membership with the same customer service in which they have grown accustomed to over the last several years, while also working to offer fresh and innovative new products and services.  I am excited to see what the future holds as we edge closer to our 60th anniversary of serving the Oswego County community.”
