Media City CU Launches Seasonal Financial Wellness Initiative

BURBANK, Calif. — Media City Credit Union said it has launched a seasonal financial wellness initiative aimed at helping members manage debt and improve their credit profiles.

The $38.3-million credit union said its “Credit Cleanse” campaign is designed to help members simplify debt, rebuild credit and refresh their financial outlook during the spring season.

According to Media City Credit Union, the campaign focuses on two primary lending products:

  • Bill Consolidation Loan — A fixed-payment loan that allows members to combine multiple high-interest obligations into a single monthly payment.
  • Secured Credit Loan — A savings-backed loan intended to help members build or reestablish credit in a controlled and responsible manner.

‘Fresh Starts’

“As spring is a natural time for organization and fresh starts, we wanted to offer members meaningful tools to help them clear financial clutter and move forward with confidence,” CEO Ana Ordoñez said in a statement. “Our Credit Cleanse campaign provides practical solutions for simplifying debt or rebuilding credit, supported by personalized guidance from a team that is committed to our members’ long-term financial success.”

The credit union said the initiative reflects its ongoing focus on financial education and member-focused services, adding that it continues to emphasize competitive rates, local service and financial empowerment.
