Members 1st FCU Makes Investment in Delfi

ENOLA, Penn. — Members 1st Federal Credit Union has made a strategic investment in Delfi, a New York-based financial technology company that uses artificial intelligence to help financial institutions analyze and manage their balance sheets, according to Delfi.

The amount of the investment was not disclosed.

Delfi said it plans to use the funding to expand its operations and further develop its balance sheet intelligence and decision-making technology.

Platform Targets Balance Sheet Management

Led by CEO Daniel Ahn, Delfi offers an end-to-end platform designed to help financial institutions make financial decisions and optimize their balance sheets.

The company’s products include Overwatch Essentials, which provides balance sheet analysis; Overwatch Predictive, which offers probabilistic modeling; and Delfi Exchange, a platform for capital markets execution.

Delfi also offers an agentic AI interface that allows users to obtain financial insights using natural-language queries, according to the company.

Delfi said its technology is currently used by financial institutions across the credit union industry.

The company also said it has facilitated more than $100 million in transactions through its platform.

Members 1st Federal Credit Union’s investment adds a credit union to Delfi’s group of strategic backers as the company seeks to expand its technology and operations.
